Ethical incentive trips and employee engagement

Do you look around your office every day and think “Well, my co-workers sure seem completely engaged”?

We’re happy for you if you do, but it could well be a fool’s paradise. According to studies, only around 8 per cent of employees globally feel fully engaged. The same independent studies show that a whopping 71 per cent can be classified – in technical terms – as “not really giving a poop”. How does this disengagement affect productivity?

How does it affect customer service and staff turnover? Well, pretty aversely as you might imagine. The research speaks for itself – people participating in ethical incentive programmes are just way more engaged as employees.

And that’s got to be good for everyone. You can discover more, and we’re proud to help companies, as well as the communities that we are partnered with.
